Our graphite products mainly include graphite crucible, graphite cube, graphite rod and carbon rod, etc. Customers can customize graphite products with different shapes according to their needs. The production process of graphite products is to mix petroleum coke with asphalt. Then, carbon atoms are graphitized by pressing, baking and roasting at a high temperature of 3000℃. And then processed into different shapes according to market demand.

Graphite crucible produced by Hexi carbon has good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient and good chemical stability. In the use process, even if the temperature is very high, it can still maintain good performance; The sudden change of cold and hot temperature has little influence on crucible performance. Graphite crucible has good performance in smelting alloys, nonferrous metals and other alloys, so it is widely used in metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical industry and other industries. The graphite crucible produced by Hexi Carbon Factory has a good effect both in technology and in use. Use of electrodes

When the electrode is used, it should be dried by the electric furnace in advance, the temperature should not exceed 150 ℃ and the time should not be less than 24 hours.
