The 500mmRP graphite electrode produced by China Hexi Carbon Co., Ltd. has a low resistivity,good conductivity,high thermal conversion rate, high node efficiency, oxidation resistance and low electrode consumption. They use high quality raw materials, with low content of impurities. The comprehensive thermal shock resistance index is excellent, which can adapt to different smelting environments, and the fracture accident rate is low. They are processed by high speed machine tool, with excellent machine stability. General machine tools can also complete the processing of the electrode, but the preparation of the cutting process is different from the copper electrode.
